Pharmaceutical Academic Promotion Manager

 

Location: 12th floor, No. 181, Kexue Avenue, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, China
Position: Full-Time
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy, with more than 3 years of work experience in medical academic promotion.

Desired Skills and Experience: Overall operation of pharmaceutical marketing, channel construction, product promotion, and marketing promotion.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Through the understanding and analysis of the region and the market, form a long-term plan and resource allocation plan for the academic development of the regional market, and guide the development of relevant regional promotion work;
2. Responsible for tracking and collecting cutting-edge academic trends related to the company's products, editing and updating academic promotion articles and promotional materials;
3. Responsible for organizing and implementing product knowledge training for regional business personnel, so that they can master relevant product knowledge, and correctly understand and promote it;
4. Carry out academic promotion according to the marketing strategy, and deliver product knowledge and information to customers;
5. Responsible for various academic promotion activities, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with experts, societies, associations, etc. of key products in the region.

Desired Skills and Experience: Medical representative, OTC, pharmaceutical industry sales experience, or hospital resources are preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product marketing development and sales, implement and complete the company's annual product sales plan, and actively develop new customers;
2. According to the company's marketing strategy, expand the sales of products in the responsible area, actively complete the sales volume indicators, and expand the product market share;
3. Find agents according to the company's product and marketing strategy development, and establish a good cooperative service relationship;
4. Dynamically grasp the market situation of the industry, and regularly provide market analysis and forecast reports to the company;
5. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, collect front-line marketing information and user opinions, and provide reference opinions on company marketing strategies, after-sales services, etc.
