Indications: 
1. Organ transplantation
Due to the risk of allergy (see [Warnings]), intravenous infusion should only be given if oral administration is not possible (e.g., just after surgery) or if gastrointestinal absorption is impaired. Such patients should be switched to oral therapy (neomonomine - cyclosporine soft capsules) as soon as possible.
· Prevent rejection of kidney, liver, heart, cardiopulmonary, lung and pancreas transplants.
· Treat patients who have previously received other immunological agents but have experienced rejection.
2. Bone marrow transplant
· Prevent graft rejection.
· Initial prevention and treatment of graft versus host disease (GVHD).
