Indications: 

Plavix  is indicated for the prevention of atherosclerotic thrombotic events in patients: 

1. Patients with myocardial infarction (from a few days to less than 3 days), patients with ischemic stroke (from 7 days to less than 6 months) or patients with diagnosed peripheral arterial disease. 

2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome. 

3. Non-st-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (including unstable angina pectoris or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction), including patients with stent placement after percutaneous coronary intervention, in combination with aspirin. 

4. For patients with ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome, combined with aspirin, it can be used in thrombolytic therapy.
