Rheumatoid arthritis: This product is used in combination with methotrexate for the treatment of anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) to improve the condition, including adults with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis who have poor efficacy of methotrexate. In combination with methotrexate, this product slows the progression of joint injury (as shown by X-ray) and improves physical function.  

Ankylosing spondylitis: for adult patients with severe active ankylosing spondylitis who have poor response to conventional treatment.  

Psoriasis: For adults with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who require systemic therapy or phototherapy and are not sensitive to other systemic therapies (including cyclosporine, methotrexate, or photochemotherapy) or have contraindications that require systemic therapy.
