Indications: 

1. Adjuvant breast cancer: Herceptin is used as an adjunctive therapy in HER2-positive breast cancer as part of the treatment of doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide in ER/ PR-negative or high-risk breast cancer.

2. Metastatic BREAST cancer: For metastatic breast cancer with HER2 overexpression after first-line treatment with paclitaxel, for metastatic disease previously treated with one or more chemotherapy agents 

3. Metastatic gastric cancer: Herceptin is used in combination with cisplatin and capecitabine or 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma with HER2 overexpression.
