This product is used as a secondary prevention to reduce the mortality of myocardial infarction. Hypertension (alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs). Labor angina. Control supraventricular tachyarrhythmia, ventricular arrhythmia, especially related to catecholamines or digitalis causing arrhythmia. It can be used to control the ventricular rate of atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation with poor efficacy of digitalis. It can also be used for refractory premature contractions to improve the symptoms of patients. Reduce the outflow tract pressure of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, relieve symptoms of angina, palpitations and fainting. It can be used with alpha-receptor blocker to control tachycardia in patients with pheochromocytoma. It is used to control the rapid heart rate of hyperthyroidism. It can also be used to treat thyroid crisis.
