1. This product is suitable for the treatment of infections caused by sensitive strains of specific bacteria under the following conditions in patients over 18 years of age: (1) Complicated intra-abdominal infections: caused by Fraudis citric acid, Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella oxytoca, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis (limited to Vancomyx Sensitive strains), Staphylococcus aureus (methicillin-sensitive strains and methicillin-resistant strains), Streptococcus angina (including Streptococcus anginae, Streptococcus intermedius and Streptococcus constellation), Pseudomonas fragile Bacteria, Pseudomonas polymorpha, Pseudomonas monomorph, Bacteroides vulgaris, Clostridium perfringens and Peptostreptococcus parvum. (2) Complex skin and soft tissue infections: Escherichia coli, Enterococcus (vancomycin sensitive strain), Staphylococcus aureus (methicillin sensitive and resistant strain), Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus angina Genus (including Streptococcus angina, Streptococcus intermedius and Streptococcus constellation), Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterobacter cloacae, Bacillus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas fragilis. (3) Community-acquired pneumonia: caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae (penicillin-sensitive strain), Haemophilus influenzae (β-lactamase negative strain) and Legionella pneumophila, including concurrent bacteremia. 2. In order to isolate and identify pathogenic bacteria and clarify their sensitivity to tigecycline, appropriate specimens should be collected for bacteriological testing. Before the results of these trials are known, this product can be used as an empirical monotherapy. 3. In order to reduce the emergence of resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of this product and other antibacterial drugs, this product should only be used to treat infections caused by confirmed or highly suspected bacteria. Once the culture and susceptibility test results are known, the antimicrobial treatment should be selected or adjusted accordingly. In the absence of such data, empirical treatment drugs can be selected according to local epidemiology and sensitivity models. 4. Use this product for treatment only when it is known and suspected that other antibacterial drugs are not suitable for treatment.
