As hormone replacement therapy (HRT), it is used once a day for the atrophy of the lower genitourinary tract caused by estrogen deficiency for 2 to 3 weeks, and then gradually reduce to the maintenance amount according to the relief of symptoms (for example, use twice a week). For urinary incontinence, some women may require a higher maintenance amount. Postmenopausal women should be treated once a day for two weeks before and after vaginal surgery, and twice a week for two weeks after surgery. Suspicious atrophic cervical smears assist in the diagnosis. Every two days for a week before the next smear examination. The estriol cream must be delivered to the vagina through an applicator before going to bed at night. 0.5 g of this product is taken each time (the drug scale is marked on the dispenser), which contains 0.5 mg of estriol.
