This product has broad-spectrum anti-tumor activity and can be used alone or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs. The specific indications are as follows: 1. Anti-tumor therapy, used alone: breast cancer, choriocarcinoma of pregnancy, malignant mole or mole. 2. Anti-tumor therapy, combined use: acute leukemia (especially acute lymphocytic leukemia), Burkitts lymphoma, advanced lymphosarcoma (stage III and IV, according to Peter staging) and advanced mycosis fungoides. 3. Intrathecal injection: treatment of meningeal metastatic cancer (only isotonic preparations can be used). 4. High-dose treatment: high-dose methotrexate alone or in combination with other chemotherapy drugs to treat the following tumors: osteosarcoma, acute leukemia, bronchial lung cancer or epidermal cancer of the head and neck. When high-dose methotrexate is applied, folinic acid must be used for rescue. Folinic acid is a derivative of tetrahydrofolate and can compete with methotrexate to enter cells. This ""leucovorin rescue"" can protect normal tissue cells from damage when high-dose methotrexate is applied. 5. Psoriasis chemotherapy: Methotrexate can be used to treat severe, stubborn, and disabling psoriasis that is not sensitive to conventional therapies. However, due to the greater risk of use, it should be used after a biopsy and/or dermatologist consultation has confirmed the diagnosis.
