The mechanism by which this product improves the symptoms of intermittent claudication is not fully understood. This product and its metabolites are cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) phosphodiesterase III (PDE III inhibitor), which can reduce the degradation of cAMP by inhibiting the activity of phosphodiesterase, thereby increasing the level of cAMP in platelets and blood vessels. Inhibit platelet aggregation and relax blood vessels. This product can reversibly inhibit platelet aggregation caused by thrombin, ADP, collagen, arachidonic acid, and epinephrine. Foreign clinical studies have shown that the patient's oral administration of this product 100mg/time twice a day, after 12 consecutive weeks, the triglyceride level decreased by about 15%, and the high-density lipoprotein level increased by about 10%.
