This product is a calcium ion channel blocker. Its effect is related to the inhibition of calcium ion influx when the myocardium and vascular smooth muscle are depolarized. This product can effectively dilate the epicardial and subendocardial coronary arteries, relieve spontaneous angina pectoris^ or angina pectoris caused by ergonovine-induced coronary artery spasm; reduce heart rate and blood pressure, reduce myocardial oxygen demand, Increase exercise tolerance and relieve exertional angina. This product relaxes vascular smooth muscle, reduces peripheral vascular resistance, and lowers blood pressure. The degree of blood pressure reduction is related to the degree of hypertension, and normal blood pressure only slightly reduces blood pressure. This product has negative inotropic effect and can slow down the conduction of sinoatrial and atrioventricular nodes. Carcinogenic, mutagenic and reproductive toxicity effects. It has been reported that rats have taken this product for 24 months, and mice have not found carcinogenic effects after taking this product for 21 months. In vitro bacterial experiments have not found mutagenic effects. Animal experiments confirmed that this product has no obvious effect on fertility.
