【Indications】 

It is suitable for mild to moderate type 2 diabetes with unsatisfactory effects of diet control alone. The patient's pancreatic islet B cells have a certain function of secreting insulin without serious complications. 

【Dosage】

 Oral, 2.5 mg at the beginning, once before breakfast or before breakfast and lunch, 1.25 mg for mild patients, three times a day, before meals, and 2.5 mg daily after 7 days. The general dosage is 5-10 mg per day, and the maximum dosage does not exceed 15 mg per day. 

【Taboo】

 The following conditions should be prohibited: Type I diabetes; Type II diabetes with ketoacidosis, coma, severe burns, infection, trauma, and major surgery; people with liver and kidney insufficiency; people with allergies to sulfa drugs; Patients with leukopenia.
