Confirmed indications for this product 1. Transplant Organ transplant Prevention of rejection of allografts, including kidney, liver, heart, lung, heart-lung joint and pancreas transplantation. Treatment of graft rejection in patients who have received other immunosuppressive agents. Bone marrow transplant Prevent bone marrow transplant rejection. Prevent and treat GVHD. Non-transplant indications The person who diagnoses and decides to prescribe this product should be a physician with experience in the application of immunosuppressants, especially cyclosporine. Endogenous uveitis* Active central or posterior non-infectious uveitis with a risk of blindness, but the conventional therapy is ineffective or produces unacceptable adverse reactions. A 70-year-old Behcet's uveitis patient with recurrent retinitis and normal renal function. 2. Psoriasis Severe cases where alternation therapy is ineffective or not applicable. 3.
