This product is used to prevent and quickly relieve the onset of angina pectoris caused by coronary artery disease. In the acute attack of angina pectoris, a tablet of this product should be contained under the tongue or in the mucosa of the mouth and cheek. It can be repeated every 5 minutes until the symptoms are relieved. If the chest pain is not relieved after administering 3 tablets within 15 minutes or if the pain is worse than before, other medical measures should be taken immediately. If this product is used as a preventive treatment, it should be administered 5 to 10 minutes before the activity that may cause the onset of angina pectoris. It is recommended to take the medicine at rest, preferably in a sitting position. Patients with renal insufficiency do not require dose adjustment.
