This product is a β-adrenergic receptor antagonist, used to prevent symptoms such as supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, and various ventricular arrhythmias. This product is non-cardioselective, has no intrinsic sympathomimetic activity β-receptor blocker, and has β1 and β2 receptor blocking effects. It can also prolong myocardial action potential, effective refractory period and new QT period, inhibit the conduction time of the sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node, and extend the conduction of atrioventricular bypass. The electrocardiogram showed that the P-R interval was prolonged, the QRS time limit was slightly widened, and the QT interval was significantly prolonged. The drug has a mild positive inotropic effect, which may be caused by a prolonged action potential, increased calcium influx time, and increased intracytoplasmic calcium.
