Cefcapene Pivoxil Hydrochloride is a cephalosporin broad-spectrum antibiotic. It was first developed by Shionoyoshi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and was first marketed in Japan in 1997. It is the fourth-generation oral cephalosporin antibiotic. Cefcapene Pivoxil hydrochloride inhibits the cross-linking of the mucopeptide chain to destroy the cell wall of the bacteria, produces a bactericidal effect, and can bind to the penicillin binding proteins (PBPs) on the cell membrane of bacteria and other pathogens to change the morphology of the bacteria and eventually kill it . Cefcapene Pivoxil against Ceftoren, Cefotiam, Cefditoren, Cefditoren, Cefditoren Strong; it is more active against Proteus, Haemophilus influenzae, Morganella morganella, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, with a broad antibacterial spectrum, strong antibacterial activity, wide indications, and resistance to resistance specialty.
