Goserelin is a GnRH agonist developed by Terecam. As a synthetic, luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue, Goserelin can inhibit the secretion of luteinizing hormone from the pituitary, thereby reducing Serum testosterone in men and estradiol in women.
